Second: it may take us awhile, but we are up to the task.
Last year's (2006) Christmas list had 1 Play-doh make your own bling factory on it for Tim. Apparently, my mom ran all over town searching high, searching low, searching everywhere for said PMYOBF to no avail. That would be because: PLAYDOH DOES NOT MAKE A MAKE YOUR OWN BLING FACTORY!! Unfortunately Mom did not find this out until Christmas Day when she told Tim she searched high, low and everywhere but could not find PMYOBF for him and how sorry she was. Apparently snickering, snorting and chortling followed....
Move ahead one year: but I had totally forgotten about it (I can't remember what I had for breakfast for crying out loud so how would I remember last year???). Soooo, when Christmas 2007 rolled around, once again the PMYOBF was on Tim's list. Well having forgotten the joke, I asked 'who is going to get the PMYOBF for Tim??' Mom told me the story and we set into action. Misty found the Playdoh big honking factory with everything in it. We searched for anything glitzy, gluey, and especially tacky. We removed the cookie cutters...what do they have to do with bling anyway??? Added playdoh, glitter glue, big honking tacky stones, stickers, etc etc....OH OH OH and you know those lollipop rings??? Well Kylie got to eat some of the candy and the ring parts were added to the box. BUT WERE WE FINISHED YET???? I DON'T THINK SO.....
I downloaded clip art, Misty cut out magazines, we cut, we glued, we embellished....the box and the playdoh extruder....and lo and behold.....Tim would get his Playdoh Make Your Own Bling Factory after all....
so now we are waiting to see if PlayDoh comes out with their own version next year or if we get sued for altering their trademark product....
