Mermaid & Tree page

I haven't done the beading on the mermaid page, but I have finished the painting and outlining.Her arms look pretty icky now but they will be covered by the shell which holds the mermaid babydoll.



















My approach to the tree page was to paint like a child...I hope I have accomplished that..when you are 5 you don't always worry about color but paint according to how you feel and with the colors you like...there will be eyes added to the hole in the tree to represent some sort of furry animal...puffy paint is used to outline the sun...the bird is painted in lumiere paint...BettyAnn gave me the rick rack to use as leaves on the orange tree.
