Joyce came and stole Judy, Margaret & I away to look at her new house...okay, it's the property where her new house is going to be built
....can you say waterfront property, and might I add gorgeous view
....and huge lot and just plain wonderful?!?!?!? I know she is anxious to get started and who can blame her...
it's a devine piece of property and the view is well...you look for yourself and see it....it sure wouldn't hurt my feelings at all to live there!! Here's a picture of Judy, Margaret and Joyce....see Joyce beam!!
Maybe Joyce will put in a huge rec room where we can have retreat there....hhmmmm how to make her see how fun that would be
....and make it her idea
