Battle for the Socks

After Christmas and before the kids went back to school and Doug went back to work was spent going through clothes that the boys (and Doug) had outgrown or worn out. The clothes were easy to distribute and pack up for the oldest grandson to grow into.

But what to do with the socks that had been stretched out or had holes in them????? Well they make wonderful pup toys if you stuff them into one another and tie knots in them for the pups to grab and pull on.

Wilbur and Charlotte got into a tug-of-war.....

















Charlotte's persistance won her the sock prize....

















which she quickly devoured and shredded into pieces.....well at least she was entertained for awhile!!!
