Kim and Charlie (friends of my sister, Misty's) just adopted Fantaya (Fan-tie-yay) from Ethiopia. She was a twin but unfortunately her twin passes away shortly before her 1st birthday. Fantaya had a tough time of it but is doing much better since she has made it to the states.
She's a happy baby. She's a little delayed because unfortunately they don't have the health care and baby formulas we have here in the states. She has made great strides since finally coming home though.
A side note, Fantaya was in the same orphanage as Angelina Jolie's adopted child came from although I'm sure Angelina didn't have to wait nearly as long or jump through as many hoops as Kim and Charlie have to get their precious baby girl.
