Mothers Day

Mothers Day and the last of the vacation shots from Maryland finally!! Timothys' birthday also fell on MD this year too. Brandy, Kristopher and Shawn spent the night at moms after going to Kylie's recital the night before. Jason, Kari, RJ, Sierra, Erik, Holly, Joseph, Melissa, Jennifer, Louis, James, Misty, Eric, Kylie, Timothy all came over for Mother's Day lunch. It was quite the crowd (it always is when we get together!!) and we had a lot of fun.

The kids are growing sooo quickly and I feel like I'm missing out on so much of it but it's fun to get together and hang out. The time is always too short though and the visits spread too far apart but I do manage to try and make the most of the visits when I can get there.

James was singing and dancing with the boobah that I got at the yard sale for a whole big $1 investment. Mom is ever so thrilled with that purchase...you do notice it didn't come home to Georgia with me...lol...sorry Mom.

James is very much like my brother Erik (his daddy)...same sense of humor (odd) and all that....you gotta love him and laugh too!!! I mean EVERYONE knows that's what strawberries are really for anyway....

Sierra is a real girly girl...she loves sunglasses, shoes, make up and baby dolls....Her birthday was in April but she doesn't mind getting her presents a little late.

I've finished my socks!!Finally last night I finished the cotton socks using Cascade's Spring Garden Socks Pattern from and using Cascade Fixation Yarn #9904. Cool huh!?!

Brandy and I were making jewelry. I do believe it takes longer to set up and get motivated than it does to actually make the jewelry...anyway I got 2 pair of earrings made for all the mess we created.

Thursday morning we had a girls day. Sierra and I drove to Delaware to hang out with Brandy for the day. We shopped and did other girl stuff. Later on Uncle Philip let's Sierra pet Sasha.

RJ was sick one of the days I was in MD and I got to do the Mom-mom thing and babysit. We also made green jello which always made me feel better when I was sick. Sierra likes jello too.
