Monday in downtown Augusta is not a great time for sightseeing...unfortunately. We did go down to Broad Street and checked out a few of the artists galleries and antique shops that were opened however. The guys are not into antiques (or art galleries either for that matter) so it really didn't hurt their feelings at all.

The old fire house is an imposing brick structure.

Across the street one of the antique stores with a giant chair out front that Kylie wanted to sit in...

























small people (and men too) get tired of walking easily...and insist on being fed on a regular schedule so....we headed for the Mellow Mushroom.











The art in there is too cute and Kylie loved the mushrooms in the tire and the giant mushroom tree when you come inside.


Everybody's having a great time and enjoying the company and food....








































gee Kylie isn't a 'daddy's girl' or anything like that....

They left soon after to continue their journey to Atlanta....
